Frequently asked
What is Jaha?
Jaha turns a free block of time into a real outing. Tell it how long you've got and how far you're willing to go, and it hands you a few ordered stops at real places — something to just start doing instead of scrolling to decide.
How do quests get made?
Three ways, and every quest is labeled with which one made it:
✦ AI-crafted — assembled by Jaha's AI, but only from real, verified places already in our catalog. It can't invent a place; it picks from a list.
✓ Curated — hand-built by locals who know the area.
Community — shared by someone who actually went.
Why don't I see quests near me?
Jaha is Phoenix-first — the catalog covers Phoenix and roughly a 200 km day-trip radius around it (Sedona, the Superstitions, and similar). Outside that radius there just isn't a catalog to draw from yet. We'll widen it as we grow.
How do I reset my password?
From the app's sign-in screen, choose "Forgot password" and a reset link will be emailed to you. You can also start a reset from jahago.com/account on the web. Either way, the reset link lands on jahago.com/reset to finish.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. On the web, you can do the same from jahago.com/account. If you run into trouble with either, email support@jahago.com and we'll take care of it.
How do I report a problem with a quest or user?
Open the quest or profile and use the ⋯ menu to report it — that queues it for human review directly. If you'd rather not use the app, email support@jahago.com with a link or details and we'll follow up.
Something I posted was rejected — why?
Every submission is checked automatically against our Community Guidelines before it goes live. If yours was rejected, you'll see a reason in the app — edit and resubmit. If you think it was rejected in error, email us with the details.
Location isn't working
Jaha needs location access to find things near you. Check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Jaha, and make sure it's set to "While Using the App."
