These terms govern your use of the Jaha app and website. By using Jaha you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Some venues shown in Jaha serve alcohol or are restricted to adults; it is your responsibility to comply with age restrictions and local law.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Handles must not impersonate others or infringe anyone's rights. We may reclaim handles that do.
You keep ownership of the outings, reviews, photos, and other content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. This license ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in routine backups.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you post, including any photographs.
Don't use Jaha to:
Content is reviewed automatically before publication. We may reject, remove, or restrict content or accounts at our discretion, including content that violates these terms or our community guidelines. We aim to give a reason when we reject something, and you may edit and resubmit.
Some outings and descriptions in Jaha are generated by AI and are labeled as such. They may contain errors, including incorrect hours, prices, availability, or details about a venue. Verify anything that matters before you rely on it.
Jaha suggests places to go. It does not vet venues for safety, verify that they are open, or supervise what happens when you get there. You are responsible for your own safety and decisions, including how you travel between stops. Never drink and drive. Use ordinary judgment about unfamiliar places, and follow all posted rules and local laws.
Information about venues comes from public sources, our own catalog, and users. It may be out of date or inaccurate. We are not affiliated with the venues shown and do not endorse them. Mapping and place data is provided in part by Google; your use of it is also subject to Google's terms.
Jaha is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend or discontinue the service.
You may stop using Jaha and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required by law.
Jaha is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Jaha. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
These terms are between you and Jaha, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
